Hecker has been working with the Illinois Tollway to modernize and upgrade their ITS systems as part of a system wide update. Hecker has performed work on the new tolling, DMS signs, IPDC and ITS site work. The time lapse shown is the installation of a new gantry mounted DMS sign to relay important travel information to drivers as they pass through one of the busiest roads in the Tri-State area on I-294.
